IndX: An Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Company

Redesigning for a billion-dollar subsidiary was a massive responsibility. We leveraged the parent brand's guidelines to create a distinct identity for IndX, anchored by a strategy that showcases how they connect complex systems through a Digital Thread — a technical power the old site failed to capture.

This project was a good opportunity to validate a new AI-accelerated workflow. We explored six high-fidelity iterations in the time it usually takes for one. Instead of starting from a blank page and guessing, we moved directly into the best versions of the idea. This cut out the back-and-forth and let us focus on building the one visual that resonated.

This process reinforced how crucial human intervention remains for the big decisions. By analyzing the target market, we developed a tailored content strategy and a distinct design language that carved out a unique personality for IndX within the parent brand’s constraints.

While the UI team built the design language, the strategy team  simplified the navigation. The old site was a 70-page maze, so we untangled the sitemap to ensure each persona, including users from various industries could easily find exactly what they needed.

The final build was about making the design functional. We developed a component-based system and a scalable Webflow CMS so the marketing team could take full control. We ensured every screen was fully responsive and precisely tested for high-conversion performance.

It doesn’t end with a launch. We’re now integrating Claude with Webflow to make it even easier for the marketing team to manage and scale content on their own.
