IndX - Redesigning for a billion-dollar subsidiary

Building on an established brand comes with constraints. We used them as a foundation to craft a clear content strategy and a design language that gave IndX its own character.

This was only half the challenge. The experience had to be just as clear for a site this big. We untangled the sitemap and streamlined the navigation, making it easier for every persona regardless of industry or role, could quickly find what they were looking for.

Navigation brought clarity to the experience. The visuals had to do the same for the platform. Since the concept of the Digital Thread was difficult to communicate through words alone, we developed a visual language that made it instantly understandable. Using AI, we explored six high-fidelity directions in the time it would typically take to create one - allowing us to evaluate stronger ideas sooner instead of starting from a blank canvas.

We created a scalable design system that became the backbone of a robust CMS architecture, making it effortless to add and manage new pages.
